Park benches are common and have no purpose other than sitting. When I was younger my mother would take me to the park often. However it was not just any park it was a park in Mexico city called Alameda Parque Central. Also their benches are the ones that bring back memories. My mother and me would take pictures and after I was done playing we would both sit on one of the benches and eat our lunch. Then we would go home tired and satisfied. I will probably never see or do that again however one must keep their hopes up. The benches as you can see are not like the ones around here they are much more artistic and have a sturdy paint job. If you sprayed graffiti on one of these benches or parks you would get sent to jail immediately and the graffiti would also be painted over as soon as possible. The park was and still is an important asset to the community and it is kept clean constantly. My nostalgia may be silly however when I see the neat benches they bring me some sort of security and as I said before it brings back good memories.
Such a cute memory Reyna, never would have thought a bench would be that memorable though. I can already imagine you when you were younger with your big cheeks, lol!!!!! This is definitely a memory you should keep. You can probably bring your kids there someday so the memory never dies.
